What the client claims is FALSE, Our template is tested by us in the development environment and in our online demo, then tested by the Templatemonster reviewers, if it had errors it would not be for sale. In addition there are more than 5 thousand stores of all sizes using our template that they support. Therefore, we guarantee that the error is not in the template, it may be a problem with the client's hosting or a third-party extension not included in our package.
